SPRING STUDIO
Liability
This is standard practice and non-negotiable. A copy of the agreement is written below.
In attending Spring Studio Warkworth, 91 Pulham Road, New Zealand, 0910, I agree that I do so at my own risk. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages which may occur to me using studio facilities and equipment, and I hereby fully and forever release and discharge Spring Studio, its owners, employees, and members from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of actions, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of my or a member's use or intended use of the facilities and equipment of Spring Studio.
In consideration of being permitted to use the facilities and equipment located at Spring Studio, I agree that Spring Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising from any personal injuries sustained by any guest or member on or about the premises of Spring Studio. I warrant, represent, and agree that I am in good physical condition and have no disability, impairment, or ailment preventing me from engaging in active or passive exercise that will be detrimental to health, safety, comfort, or physical condition if I do so engage or participate. If my health condition changes or I become pregnant, I agree to inform Spring Studio. I will take responsibility for my health and safety and avoid any exercises I have been advised by my physician not to do. Spring Studio shall not be liable for the loss or theft of, or damage to, the personal property of a guest or member.
